Price information and general conditions

• The prices are in €uro per room per day calculated for a minimum stay of three days with half board (bed and breakfast and dinner with choice of menu and extensive salad-buffet);
• To the above listed prices there is an addition, from January 1st, 2024, of a city tax equal to 3,00 €/person/day for adults over 14 years. The tax is paid on departure and is specifically stated on the invoice;
• In all rooms and public areas, smoking is not allowed;

The prices include:

• Wellness and relax area;
• Garage parking for one car per room;
• Free Wi-Fi;

Supplements

After consultation with us, small sized pets are accepted in Standard rooms and in apartments. The daily rate is 15,00 € and includes no meals.

Discounts for children in extra beds:

The following discounts apply only in the case of stay in the same room with two paying adults

• 0-2 year (not yet reached) : 35,00 €/day
• 3-6 years: - 50 %
• 7-11 years: - 40 %
• 12-15 years: - 30 %
• 16-17 years: - 20 %

Discounts for adults in extra beds:

• 3° e 4° additional bed: - 10%;

Arrivals and departures

The rooms are reserved from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

Booking and payment

• The reservation becomes binding upon payment of a deposit of € 30% per room and a written confirmation that you will receive from us;
• The payment must be sent within 10 days from the date of reservation.
• After a written reservaton of the room from the guest, it needs the written reservation of the hotel for a guilty reservation.

Payment

• The room can be paid by check or by credit card and in cash;
• In Italy it is no longer allowed  to pay amounts equal to or greater than € 5.000.00 in cash. This limit must not be exceeded, even in the event of partial payment, if the total amount (deposit and balance) reaches or exceeds the value indicated above. The following payment methods are accepted for amounts greater than or equal to 5.000,000 EUR: Debit cards, credit cards, checks and bank transfer.

Conditions in case of cancellation (Article 1382 and 1341 of the Civil Code)

Unexpected situations can occur!

Please send us a written cancellation, which will have the following effects:

For cancellations within 1 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 2 to 8 days prior to arrival, 70% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 9 to 14 days prior to arrival, 40% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 15 to 45 days prior to arrival, 30% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations made up to 46 days before the date of arrival, no additional fee will be charged.

In case of late arrival, early departure or in case of no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged.

We recommend completing a travel insurance in case of cancellation, late arrival or early departure.
